Due to the nature of our work — which includes time-based services such as virtual assistance, customer support, lead generation, and inbound/outbound calling — all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All payments made to Infinity Interactions are non-refundable, including upfront fees, subscription payments, or one-time project fees.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, paused service, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction once service delivery has begun.

Exceptions to this policy will only be made in the case of a billing error on our part (e.g., duplicate charges), and such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to review the scope of services, timelines, and deliverables prior to engagement. We encourage all clients to communicate with us clearly and promptly to ensure optimal outcomes from our services.
